Garruk and his Superfriends
No way will i cut any land. The . I never play a control deck with less than 25 lands only because you really really really do not want to miss a land drop.
I've actually thought about dropping one of the lilly's, i'm still pondering that. Hmmmmm
Lingering Souls over Timely Reinforcements is because timely is dead early in the game a lot of times in my experience. If i'm playing a super aggressive deck then it would be boarded in cause it is really good. the souls also have flying.
I'm really thinking about those dissipates though, i run 4 leak and 2 dissipate in my grixis and its awesome.

+3 Timely Reinforcements
+1 Doom Blade
+2 Dissipate+1 Oblivion Ring
I've always like the idea of a superfriends deck but I only have one planeswalker so I never really had the chance to try it out.
I think drop one liliana because you can only ever play one of the same planeswalker so drawing too many of her isnt going to help you.
I did a little playtesting and I noticed that your control spells were a little lacking so I say add the o-ring, doom blade and dissipates to kick it up a notch.
I don't know why you would mainboard lingering souls over timely reinforcements. But if you've got a reason keep it. Timely reinforcements is probably the most clutch card in any control deck because it buys you time to draw a solution to whatever your opponent dishes out.
