A multiplayer deck focused on making it painful for your opponents to attack you. This includes taxes like Ghostly Prison and Aura of Silence, as well as creatures that discourage attacking you. If your opponent decides to attack you anyways, they're in for a GameStop Trade™.

Core creatures that dissuade others from attacking you are High Priest of Penance to destroy anything valuable they have, Royal Assassin to destroy an attacking creature (or destroy and block two attacking creatures), Souls of the Faultless to gain life on each attack while also dealing damage back to the attacker, and the always useful Vampire Nighthawk.

All this is to survive and play a finisher like Brisela, Voice of Nightmares, Dread, or Sun Titan. To help keep costs down, I rely on Diabolic Tutor to selectively grab whichever finisher I want. It also helps to grab me situational cards that I might not have drawn but are crucial, like the aforementioned tax cards.

Created to mainly help me avoid being targeted in multiplayer, however it has also surprised me with how well it works in 1v1.
