The reason I love EDH so much is that it allows for unique and crazy game states, and because politics play so much of a part in it. I wanted to build a deck that had as many of the cards that facilitate all of these "mini-games," like being the Monarch, Will of the Council, bidding, random/chaos effects, abilities that anyone can activate, etc. Winning is a secondary priority. This deck will probably need to go through a couple iterations in order to make it at all viable, possibly introducing some pillow fort effects in order to ensure that it can survive long enough. Golos is the commander in order to have access to all five colors, allow for color-fixing-ramp, build up some Field of the Dead blockers, and also have the mini-game of "spinning the wheel" to see what you can play for free off the top of the deck. I found all of the cards that had the most fun multiplayer implications, and culled the list down from there: everything that I found and then cut is in the maybe/sideboard.
