This Deck is pretty self-explanatory: What you want to do is draw tons of cards, play tons of Petitioners, and MILL YOURSELF. Jace is supposed to give yourself addition cards while milling, but can definitely give you an alternate Win-Con (by milling other people) if it seems right. Another Win-Con you can use is attack someone with a horde of 2/3s (due to Heraldic Banner), or a 10/10 Zombie Army, or a .Here's a play-by-play of what a normal game should look like:

Turn 1: Drop an island, maybe hold up an Opt or something, but that isn't very necessary. Turn 2: Drop another island, and something like Drowned Secrets, Folio of Fancies, or your first Persistent Petitioner. Turn 3: Drop yet another island, play any of the cards listed above or Sage's Row Denizen, Heraldic Banner, or you can hold up a counterspell. Turn 4: Drop any of the lands in the deck, maybe getting a counterspell back from your graveyard. You should have at least two Persistent Petitioners down by now, try to get some more down, and tap four for some mill. An alternative play is playing Jace, and waiting until the next turn to either mill yourself or mill someone else. Turn 5-∞: Get down as many Petitioners as you can, play as many draw spells as you can, and once you have enough mana, play Gadwick for 4 or more, hopefully milling yourself out.
