What's up guys, coming back again with this week's edition of a Budget deck. This was a weekend fun project to do, as I love making tribal decks.

First step is picking the captain, which for this deck is Ulrich of the Krallenhorde a fairly cheap commander, perfectly suiting the wolf theme we are running.

Almost all creatures in this deck transform, as its a , so for a cheap deck you must build on synergies to win with such a low budget.

The thing for Ulrich is that every time he converts, he gets this inside of him, so he just goes out and punches the living crap out of some other (punier) smaller creature.

The deck is not too heavy on mana as it's not that expensive of a deck to run, having 92 cards 5 mana or less, mainly Forests in a proportion for lands close to the number of spells of each color.

On Both Artifacts and Enchantments, I went for either a Banner Booster such as Alpha Status + Coat of Arms , which in canon intends to highlight that the pack is greater than the single lone wolf, or boosts for bloodseeking animals thirsty for some prey, such as Beastmaster Ascension + Mage Slayer .

For Instants and Sorceries, I went with things that allowed for heightened aggresion [Overwhelming Stampede], or a primal calling back to other pack members for some backup [Primal Command].

I tried to keep the deck fairly flavorful, so nothing beyond what one would expect a Planeswalker who was a wolves ally to do, no Eldrazi, no creatures or artifact I believe wouldn't fit the theme.

There's a few cards I left outside so the deck would be under $50 (currently $39 on TCG), but there's many plausibles upgrade on the Sideboard for those with a bit more to spend.
