Attack with hippo to tap all your opponents lands, then winter orb so they can only untap one. cantrips to untap your own lands. Garruk is good for this because he can also makes beasts as well. using artifacts for mana so that you don't lock yourself, tezzy helps with this. I feel like some treetop village/ fairy conclave would be helpful as some extra win cons once the board is locked down.
