Classic Soulflayer shenanigans with a side of desert fun.

The plan is to mill yourself and play a cheap indestructible hexproof Soulflayer with a bunch of other oppressive keywords.

As a backup plan, you can use the self-mill and cycling to beef up Ramunap Hydra and out-value opponents.

7/20/2017: I'm trying to get the ratios right. Mindwrack Demon needs to go, as realistically I'll never hit delirium. Will probably replace with Ob Nixilis, Unshackled and round out the playset of Ramunaps. Striped Riverwinder is also a compelling option due to cycling.
