Named the deck after a magical girl's attack that is the same as storm.

I just happened to have a lot of pieces of storm in a few decks that were not working out. Got the fast lands from a Grixis Ensoul Frontier deck that I wasn't using. Before Gitaxian Prove was banned I was trying to build Travis Woo's All in Goblins. Also had a mono-blue deck with a ton of cantrips. Many of the other cards came from Modern Masters boxes I had bought in the past.
