Just a budget deck built around giving Goblin Sharpshooter deathtouch or nerfing opponents' creatures with Polymorphist's Jest so the goblin can stomp them. Very casual deck, not made to be gamebreaking, just fun. Win condition is basically Rockslide Elemental getting super beefy from all the frog stomping. Probably need to sideboard some artifact destruction to get rid of Coat of Arms and the like. Vexing Devil undeniably fits this deck, but I'm having trouble justifying it and still calling this "budget."
