This is a The Gitrog Monster + Seismic Assault dredge deck, fairly consistently wins on turn 3, or turn 2 if you get lucky. This is the turn three combo win:

1. Play a land, cast Faithless Looting getting The Gitrog Monster or something with dredge into the graveyard.

2. Play Seismic Assault, using either Simian Spirit Guide or Desperate Ritual.

3. Play Goryo's Vengeance targeting The Gitrog Monster, discard Dakmor Salvage to seismic assault to deal two damage to your opponent, then on The Gitrog Monster's draw trigger, dredge Dakmor Salvage back into your hand, then repeat until your opponent is dead. If dakmor salvage is neither in your graveyard nor hand, cast Goryo's Vengeance during your upkeep so you can use your draw step to dredge and hopefully get one in your graveyard. You can also attack with the monster if you want.

Turn two can happen if you can cast Seismic Assault on turn one and get The Gitrog Monster into your graveyard on turn one or two, but it is very tricky and requires a very lucky hand.
