This deck works surprisingly well to me. It holds its own against some of the major decks I tested it against; RG Aggro, Wolf Run Ramp, a variation of Pod, Boros Humans, stuff like that. It's unusual to me to see this do so well. Unfortunately, it loses quite terribly to Delver and Zombies, so...
Sideboard:
Acidic Slime is for general removal.
Beast Within I generally use to take out planeswalkers, but I don't really know what to take out to put it in.
Daybreak Ranger Flip is for fliers.
Garruk Relentless Flip I bring in against control decks, usually replaces Artful Dodge .
Gnaw to the Bone comes in against heavy aggro decks or burn decks. This card is usually the only reason I can win against RG Aggro and the like.
Phyrexian Metamorph copies legendaries and big creatures.
Thrun, the Last Troll is good against control.
Witchbane Orb is my anti-graveyard-hate. If they can't cast spells on me, they can't cast spells on my graveyard. It replaces Bonehoard every single time.
Wurmcoil Engine is the usual life-gain machine.
First, I would take out the Screeching Skaab for Deranged Assistant the ramp is nice and you mill a few cards in the process. I would also add one Kessig Cagebreakers and take out a Ghoultree . The cagebreakers are much more likely to lethal damage in and you have a bunch of other strong guys. You say that your sideboard can't focus too much on certain decks but in my experience a deck that has its stuff together (like yours which looks pretty sweet) should not have that much trouble with crappy homebrews and bad tribal decks. Your deck needs to worry about the decks with their stuff together which onften fall into a few categories. I would add another Corrosive Gale or two to kill delver and spirtis because you deck just loses to flying right now. You may want to think about Devastation Tide which can really hurt aggro and your deck comes back so fast from it.

What about Laboratory Maniac in case you end up milling yourself to death?
I've played this many times, and milling myself to death has only ever happened once. Besides, what would I take out to put Laboratory Maniac in?
Maybe two of the Deranged Assistant s?

Noxious Revival is a must; if you mill that nessecary card, it's not longer a problem. Also, consider Negate as an answer to graveyard hate.
