Deck Themes

Casting things for free

- Intet, the Dreamer
- Nissa, Steward of Elements her 0 is just so amazing
- Rashmi, Eternities Crafter This of course isn't guaranteed but generally it works and a little scry helps a lot
- As Foretold This card does take a while to get up there but I find commander can be longer games
- Oracle's Vault is one in my maybe pile. I find with how the mana goes it just costs to much during play, so it just didn't make the cut. But if I am finding I need more I might switch it out

Dragons!

- Avaricious Dragon Casting things for free often leaves me with an empty hand making this card very useful
- Skyline Despot Summoning a 4/4 Dragon every upkeep is too good also being the monarch and drawing after you discard your hand from Avaricious Dragon combos well
- Stormwing Dragon This and the 2 below are kind of weak for the mana but they do increase all other dragons. I might switch them out if I knew of better dragons
- Belltoll Dragon
- Herdchaser Dragon
- Phantasmal Dragon This isn't that good but it is nice that has lower mana
- Hypersonic Dragon
- Savage Ventmaw I don't have many combos with this except the below 2 dragons
- Harbinger of the Hunt
- Shivan Dragon
- Mindscour Dragon
- Icefall Regent
Then there are cards that assist dragons
- Sarkhan's Triumph Generally I don't feel I need a specific dragon so I might want to switch this out
- Dragon Tempest
- Sight of the Scalelords
Also you need some cheap creatures for early game. These work well I find. - Dragonlord's Servant
- Scaleguard Sentinels

Can't block/trample

To help with Intet's ability and just general damage these are good
- Rogue's Passage
- Khenra Charioteer Also always nice to have a few more cheaper minions
- Rhonas the Indomitable Not to mention most my creatures are 4+ power making this just a great card
- Renegade Tactics
- Open Into WonderNice for a finishing blow
- Slip Through Space
- Lurking Arynx
- Cartouche of Strength The creature fights other creature is a nice side bonus
- Temur CharmGood flexibility

I feel a little low on these but so far it hasn't hindered me
- Nissa, Steward of Elements Scry 2 and +2 to power. Love this card

All blue decks need a little of this I find this amount grantees I will have 1 or 2 a when I need it.

Discussion

With Intet being the commander I wanted the 2 main things to be about casting things for free and Dragons. Since Dragons are costly they fit very well with wanting to cast things for free. The other themes are just for support of the two main themes. The scry/rearrange cards on top of deck is low and I wouldn't mind suggestions on what to switch out there. Also if there are some must have dragons I am missing I would like to know. As for the maybe board it might be nice to buy Aggravated Assault but it is to costly for my casual play. Hellkite Charger I think is a good compromise. Rakdos Pit Dragon is just there because once I cast a lot of things for free I need something to spend my mana on. I do have Shivan Dragon and Harbinger of the Hunt to use up mana to deal some damage. Sarkhan Unbroken would be what I switch out Chandra, Torch of Defiance for if I feel like buying him. This deck was mostly built with what I already had. Only things I own from the maybe board are Creeping Mold, Oracle's Vault and Rakdos Pit Dragon.
