This deck is basically pre-faithless looting ban Dredge, with a main focus on blue to supplement the draw/discard effects. There is also a plan B wincon of just dredging your entire deck, then casting Thassa's Oracle or bringing it back with Snapcaster + Unearth. Since Narcomoebas and Prized Amalgam have Blue in their casting costs, you can win off the Oracle with a decent size Blue Devotion count if you can't' win through normal dredge means.

Wistful Thinking has underperformed in my goldfishing, so I may cut it for more Unearths or Loams. I mostly need help with the Sideboard.
