A while ago, I saw this card on gatherer trying to see what other legendary spellshapers I could find because I had seen a commander known as Jolrael, Empress of Beasts on EDHREC. Then I saw Mageta the Lion . It was a board wipe on a stick. Simple enough But when I started to look closer at it, I realized the commander itself seemed to be Voltron themed, like in literal Voltron, not the strategy. (Although, it does work for that strategy, and it is the strategy of this deck.) Reasons why Mageta seems to be like voltron:

• It's mono-white, and most PALADINS in mtg align themselves with white
• It cost 5 mana, as in the 5 VOLTRON LIONS
• It's title is literally "the LION"
• It discards 2 cards, AS IN THE 2 SERIES
• It destroys almost everything that gets in its way
• Not even to mention that it would be pretty good as a Voltron strategy commander

Now I didn't build the deck based on the theme of the Voltron shows, but instead just on being a Voltron strategy with a bit of helping it board wipe, since it can't usually board wipe, then attack.
