Brought this sweet piece of awesomeness to FNM this week, needless to say nobody was expecting to be getting got by turn 3 Griselbrands or Ionas. Had a lot of fun matches and got to really show off the decks power.
Round 1: Affinity - Game 1 I just sort of reanimated a Griselbrand turn 3 then proceeded to basically go off. Game 2 I mulled to 5 and ended up just needing to draw either an as foretold or a kari zevs expertise but couldnt find either one. Game 3 was just turn 3 reanimate Elesh Norn and an Insolent Neonate and he scooped.
Round 2: Burn - Game 1 just turn 3 reanimate Iona to his conecession. Game 2 he ended up resolving a turn 2 Rest in Peace to which I turn 3 casted As Foretold, then turn 4 EOT bounced his Rest in Peace and then proceeded to reanimate Iona and Griselbrand with double Izzet Charm backup.
Round 3: Grixis Shadow - Game 1 he tore apart my hand a little bit but I ended up resolving a suspended ancestral visions and got in for a lot of damage with a Goblin Dark Dwellers until eventually I was able to resolve an As Foretold into Living End. Game 2 I had Leyline of Sanctity in my opener and kind of rode that and multiple Ancestral Visions to victory.
Round 4: RG Ponza - Game 1 I had a Chancellor of the Annex in my opener which really threw her gameplan off and I was able to turn 3 reanimate a bunch of stuff and wipe her board. Game 2 she drew a whole bunch of graveyard hate which I just couldn't overcome. And then game 3 I was able to stave off the ramp and got a little flooded on As Foretolds until eventually I drew a Living End for the win.
But yeah, the deck performed quite well and I love the deck, I think switching out the Cathartic Reunions for the Insolent Neonates was 100% correct they were amazing. Anyways feel free to comment and upvote, thanks!
