Large update —Oct. 11, 2015
In regards of the abilities of dredge.
I have decided to drop a few of the self mill cards as they do not offer the card advantage I was hoping for. As well as the ability to recur a few. These are being replaced in the following way.
Added Cream of the Crop for Kruphix's Insight

I'll just come right out and say it: I think this deck is awesome.
Most people (myself included, at one point) look at Pharika, God of Affliction and see here as virtually useless, even in EDH. I really do love what you've done with her, though--it's quite the testament to your skill as a deckbuilder. It's budget, it's political, and it does something creative with an underrated commander, while still being a reliable deck. Good job!
