Lantern control. This deck is built all in on the lock. Control the game by making most of your opponents deck dead while preventing them from drawing anything useful one card at a time.

Noxious Revival isn't always in Lantern control lists, but I think it's great. If you don't use it to recur something really important, you can always use it to help control the opponents draw by recurring a land to their library top, or something else you would rather have them draw. It also helps facilitate running more symmetrical mill like Ghoulcaller's Bell , to make the effect more asymmetrical in your favor.

I'm piecing this deck together, but I had to take Mishra's Bauble out due to the fact that spec is annoying and makes cards that should cost around $7 end up costing upwards of $35+.
