This deck is a ton of fun to play with. It's fairly simple to drive and easy to learn the ins and outs of all its symmetries. Please +1 and if you suggest a card for the deck help out further by suggesting what I can remove in its place.

Rafiq!

Bant is an awesome tri-color wedge granting options to decent control, ramp, and removal. Rafiq himself is a powerful commander. He is a 3/3 with Exalted for . His base stats aren't special but when any creature is declared an attacker by it self Rafiq hands a +1/+1 and Double Strike until end of turn. This includes Rafiq himself making him an aggressive voltron commander.

Creatures

Since I try to make Rafiq my main win condition via commander damage most of my creatures are of a utility nature and have good enter the battlefield triggers. However there are some creatures that make good use of Rafiq's ability and can swing as an option over the commander himself.

Avacyn's Pilgrim:Mana!

Bastion Protector:Buffs the Main Man and makes him Indestructible.

Battlegrace Angel:A source of Exalted and grants Lifelink. Double Strike + Lifelink is a thing.

Birds of Paradise:Mana!

Bloom Tender:More Mana!

Cephalid Constable:Suite this guy up and swing. Bounce an opponents board back to their hand.

Cold-Eyed Selkie:Draws a card for each damage it inflicts making for a decent draw engine or just a quick restock.

Consecrated Sphinx:A staple in blue. It is a decent body with flying but mostly there to get me some card draw.

Eternal Witness:Gets back any card. I like to get back tutors and counter magic. Also good for getting back any equipment or auras that got sent to the graveyard.

Grand Abolisher:Prevents opponents from muddling up my turn.

Sigarda, Heron's Grace:Grants Hexproof and can generate some chump blockers. Good synergy with Sublime Archangel. Make more sources of Exalted.

Mother of Runes:Protect from spot removal or make something unblockable with protection. Get that commander damage in there!

Noble Hierarch:More, More Mana!

Phyrexian Metamorph:Good Value. Copy anything for the situation.

Qasali Pridemage:Exalted and removal for artifacts or enchantments.

Sovereigns of Lost Alara:Eldrazi Conscription on speed dial. Surprise BUTT SEX!

Stoic Angel: Because of Rafiq I never swing with more that one creature. Makes opponents hesitant to sing with multiple attackers or for their effects.

Stoneforge Mystic:Tutor for equipment. Batterskull for is funny.

Stonehewer Giant:Flash tutor any equipment I want on to the battlefield and auto equips it onto something.

Sublime Archangel:The Oprah of Exalted. You get exalted! You get Exalted! You get Exalted! Also, creatures that already have Exalted, like Rafiq, gain a second instance of Exalted. It can be busted. I have copied her with Phyrexian Metamorph before for an insane buff.

Sun Titan:Most of the deck is targetable with his effect.

Thassa, God of the Sea: Scry is ok but make Rafiq unblockable and win usually.

Trygon Predator:Flying helps it land hits unblocked and Rafiq's trigger lets it choose more targets for its effect.

Wood Elves:Ramp!

Draw

Because of the aggressive nature of Rafiq it is easy to play my spells and run out of steam early. Which is why it's so important to kill opponents quickly as possible. But when things go on for a bit I need to get a hand. Consecrated Sphinx, Cold-Eyed Selkie, Rhystic Study, Sylvan Library, and Sword of Fire and Ice make up the ways I keep a healthy hand.

Tutor

Tutoring is always value. Eladamri's Call fetches me a creature to my hand. If early I usually use to get one of my mana dorks or Stoneforge Mystic, whom is also a tutor, for some gas. If its later grabbing Sovereigns of Lost Alara can make for a powerful play. Enlightened Tutor has no bad targets. Although I often prioritize Lightning Greaves for that sweet haste. Open the Armory is just like Enlightened Tutor but more limited and to our hand. Wargate Gets any permanent and slaps it into play. Stonehewer Giant is just a more expensive, but worth it, Stoneforger.

Protection

When I sit down at the table to play a 3 man or 4 man commander game and everyone spots each others commanders there is a good chance that Rafiq will be noticed. Somebody usually holds all their removal for me and try to dispatch my commander as soon as he sees play. Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots are my best friends. They will protect Rafiq from spot removal and a little haste never hurts.Sword of Feast and Famine and Sword of Fire and Ice give protection from colors. Naturally when you equip one or both of these your going to swing against someone who can't block thanks to the protection they offer. This can result in some huge damage. Also because of Double strike the "when deals damage" trigger on the swords trigger twice! Bear Umbra is a nice aura buff. +2/+2 is good considering Double Strike and untapping all your lands when you attack is awesome and it protects Rafiq by dying in his place if it should happen. Shield of the Oversoul makes Rafiq indestructible and potentially unblocked with flying. Bastion Protector: makes Rafiq Indestructible. Mother of Runes is on call protection from colors of choice. Sigarda, Heron's Grace is Hexproof and Grand Abolisher prevents any surprises on my turn. I consider my counters as forms of protection because I run so few of them I mostly use them when I go for the kill and prevent any answers.

Ramp

Not much to say here except mana is important. No commander deck is without Sol Ring. Chromatic Lantern is a rock that also fixes my mana. Selesnya Signet and Simic Signet are rocks. Bloom Tender is good even at its worst. Birds of Paradise is a reliable one drop that taps for mana of any color and flies and Noble Hierarch does pretty much the same job but has exalted instead of flying.Avacyn's Pilgrim taps for while Nature's Lore, Wood Elves and Sylvan Scrying all fetch lands from the deck.

Removal

Decent removal with the staples that are Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, Supreme Verdict, and Wrath of God. Beast Within blows up anything. Qasali Pridemage and Trygon Predator hit pesky artifacts and enchantments. Cyclonic Rift is bounce. Cast it for its overload cost and it's super bounce. Cephalid Constable can remove an opponents entire board. Depends how mean I want to be that day. And because of double strike Umezawa's Jitte can get a lot of charge counters making it valid removal.

Winning the Game

Like I said before, the main way I win is breaking through with Rafiq and landing lethal doses of commander damage. Usually taking an opponent out in one or two hits. Seek out your target and take them out. Don't be the "nice guy" and try to spread the damage. Finish them! The more opponents you have the more likely you are to get shut down. So here are a few ways you can win fast:Rafiq of the Many+ Unblockable. Yep it's as simple as it gets. Rogue's Passage, Thassa, God of the Sea, Steel of the Godhead, and Venser, the Sojourner all do an amazing job at this. Just unblockable...that's it. The swords I mentioned earlier are ways he can potentially be unblocked through protection and other enchantments give him flying, particularly Eldrazi Conscription. Holy Shit! not to mention how busted it is to cheat this card out from your deck with Sovereigns of Lost Alara.Grafted Exoskeleton is alternative to 21 commander damage. And my personal Favorite card in this deck is Finest Hour . Sometime it's like paying mana to tell someone they lose. As a rule I shout "For Demacia!" when I attack with Rafiq. I don't know why lol :D

All in all it is a competitive deck built to hit hard and win but one where you and can have a lot of fun doing so. Let me know what you think in the comments and how I may improve this deck. Don't forget to +1 if you enjoyed.
