WU Control! Made for a friend to be cheaper than some of the other lists while still being competitive. If money were no issue I would include both Gideon of the Trials and Torrential Gearhulk as big game-winning bombs, and Search for Azcanta   for an easily-enabled super-Scry.

Please provide constructive criticism on both the deck as it is and the non-budget-ification below. How could the deck be improved to beat certain matchups? Is there a particular weakness in the deck as it exists? Are there some good budget options available to add to the deck? Please comment with your opinions.

Budget Changes:

• Meandering River is a cheap replacement for Irrigated Farmland. The cycling is great for when you're flooding, but cutting $20 is great for the deck's cost, and both lands come in tapped anyway.
• Search for Azcanta   is a big plus to the deck, allowing for a powerful method of searching for Approach, but it's also a big plus to the price at $15 a copy.
• Disallow is much better than Cancel at the same mana cost, but Cancel is 50 cents a playset while Disallow is $15 for two. Again, budget choices are being made here.
