Afterwards, Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive can do work especially as a surprise evasion when you have Wall of Runes or other creatures in play
Another way to surprise opponents is with Aegis of the Heavens . It's great to just win on the spot especially when you can play 2-3 of them in one turn (2 aegis is often lethal). Play Aegis AFTER blockers are declared so that your creatures remain at less than 1 power and therefore can't be blocked if you have Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive in play.
Narset, Parter of Veils , Opt , Chart a Course can help find you pieces. (Narset can find high alert, aegis of the heavens, Huatli, more draw, etc)
Teyo, the Shieldmage I put in the sideboard to help slow down burn or if you need more bodies to slow down aggro decks. 3 mana does make it a hard include in the mainboard because for 3 mana, you could play a key piece like High Alert or Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive with a Wall of Runes

If you want dual lands at a budget I'd suggest getting 4x gatelands ( Azorius Guildgate ) and removing 2 plains and 2 islands.
