This deck is mostly creatures with flying to take advantage of Empyrean Eagle and Favorable Winds . Also added some pretty good M19 flying creatures. BTW am I the only one to like Rustwing Falcon ?

Win condition is probably "air superiority" as various powerful flying creatures should ensure easy win.
