A note on the combo: Igneous Pouncer and Valley Rannet can be used to cycle for bicycle lands which grants 2 cycles rather than one, this reduces the chance of flooding out while cycling through the deck. There are 15 noncycling lands which can mess up the combo, but starting out with 4 or 5 cards in hand when comboing off will hopefully get there consistently. Up to 20 cycles may be needed to combo successfully, hopefully less if your opponent has dealt damage to themselves.
Fast
1) Mountain, Flameblade
2) Untap land, Fluctuator (4 or 5 cards in hand here), cycle until Flameblade is lethal and attack to win
Slow
1) Tap swamp
2) Untap land and Vile Manifestation or tap land and Flameblade adept
3) Fluctuator (4 or 5 cards in hand here), cycle until Flameblade or Manifestation is lethal and attack to win, if there are blockers then cycle until you hit Flameshot and a mountain and burn away the blockers
Past turn 4
Cycle until you find Fluctuator then cycle to attack and win
Weaknesses I can see
Protection from red and black, multiple blockers, creature removal, artifact removal, early counters, flooding while cycling
Sideboarding to deal with this
Protecting the combo: Foil, Summoning Trap
Making creatures unblockable: Reverent Mantra
Nimble Obstructionist for abilities that would ruin the plan
Sideboarding to deal with other unfair decks
Pulverize for artifacts
Reverent Silence for enchantments
Sunscour for creatures
Confessor drawn out damage based games
Worst comes to worst?
Cast Archfiend of Ifnir and wrath the board
Cast cycling creatures and beat down
The three disciple cards and Bloated Toad all have protection from a color so they can be used to block on the ground against black, red, and white creatures
