Tweaked version of the EDHREC Budget Jhoira deck. Added cheap Land Destruction so you can clear everyone elses boards right before your fatties come out.

General idea here is to suspend a few fatties using your commander and then wipe everyones board by just playing land destruction and wipes from your hand. After that your fatties come out and are swinging at open players. However, suspending wipes and land destruction gives you a lot of control over the battlefield because no one wants to play anything when they know the board is getting wiped in a couple turns giving you time to act freely but this will paint a target on your back for the next couple turns.

Added some mana rocks cause its Commander and well duh... Not to mention if you clear everyones lands with a card like Boom//Bust or Decree of Annihilation for its cycling cost you still get to keep those mana rocks.

Replaced some of the cheaper fatties with some more expensive Eldrazi cards cause i mean if youre gonna cast creatures without playing their CMC why not make em count a little more.

Added some utility to take extra turns and to get creatures out without depending on my commander.

I took the counterspells out and added them to the sideboard. There are only 3 in there so its not like you will really be able to rely on them heavily. Took a couple of the less exciting fatties, some smaller wipes, and some other things out to make room for mana rocks and land removal.
