The battle angel/valkyrie archetype has always been one of my absolute favorite tropes in fantasy settings, and some of my favorite artwork is found on angel cards, so I thought it was finally about time I made an angel deck, especially with the introduction of a decent 3 drop angel, and Serra finally finding her way onto the battlefield as a planeswalker.

I'm having a bit of a hard time finding an actual theme to build off though outside of just strong fliers, and I'm having trouble finding good support for the angel tribe overall. I considered going further into the lifegain theme and adding some Ajani cards and felidar sovereign, but I really want to keep this primarily focused on badass angels.

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated. My only real requirements for the deck are keeping Serra Avenger, and Serra the Benevolent.
