This is my earliest and favorite EDH deck.
It focuses on flicker effects and creatures with powerful ETBs.
Rasputin Dreamweaver acts as a mana bank to speed up my late game power, and with so many Cloudshift-like effects in the deck, it is easy to keep refueling him with his 7 dream counters.
The deck almost always has some fun things to do, and the only time you really end up twiddling your thumbs is if it's hand has been played out and you can't find that Sphinx's Revelation or Mulldrifter to restock.
