I've created a decently budget (Modern) flicker deck for yours and my enjoyment :D. The deck has about 21 lands, none of which cost much at all, feel free to add more if you choose. Everything on the Maybeboard is either a cheaper option or just different card you can throw in this deck. Everything on the Acquireboard is either illeagal in modern or too expensive for this deck, but feel free to run it anyways.
Fun Tricks
One of the fun tricks in this deck, is that if you flicker Fiend Hunter as you cast him, his leave the battlefield resolves and does nothing, then his enter the battlefield ability resolves and permanently exiles a creature. Then the actual Fiend Hunter enters the battlefield, exiling a creature as normal. This same trick works with Angel of Serenity on the Maybeboard

Artifacts shouldn't be too trickery (Mana Leak or Reflector Mage or Negate
Boardwipes won't be able to work because of epochrasites
Control can be a bit of a problem
Mill can be dealt with elixer, but will still be a problem
Maybeboard
All Cards here work with this deck and this color, and can be placed in this deck if you feel they would bea godo addition, or cheaper addition.
On the maybe board we see Glimmerpoint Stag, which is there as a cheaper option over
Flickerwisp
, and provides a beefier creature.
Nephalia Smuggler is a repeatable flicker option, I just feel like 4 mana is too large to try and flicker when our instants do it so much better.
Cathedral Sanctifier is here for the life gain and being a good 1 drop.
Stonehorn Dignitary is here because its hilarious when all 50 of the enemy tokens can't attack.
