Alright, so here's how the deck is supposed to work:

Elsha of the Infinite lets you look at the top card of your library, and cast the spell at flash speed if it isn't a creature or a land. Therefore, this deck has a lot of instants, sorceries, artifacts and enchantments. Cards like Soothsaying and Sensei's Divining Top allow you to manipulate the top car of your library even further. Then Melek, Izzet Paragon and God-Eternal Kefnet both profit off of the top car of your library. Also, in the deck, there is an emphasis on both flashback and copying spells, with Thousand-Year Storm and Past in Flames are both high priority with these types. Aminatou's Augury and Metalurgic Summonings give profit to high CMC spells and are good win-cons for the deck. Finally stall cards like Counterspell Mandate of Peace and Ghostly Prison both allow you to find your win-cons that you need.
