Oh that is a very nice card indeed. Noted and thanks for the tip :)
I've been wanting to make a Boros token deck with Burn at the Stake as a primary wincon. I like it!
I have my own Boros Token deck,However i found that Burn at the Stake wasn't too useful. Also i need to scream in your face due to the fact that its a humans deck... with no cards with the CMC of 1. Champion of the Parish is most needed, and with Thatcher's Revolt is a ridiculously stupid combo.
Well with regards to Champion of the Parish , this is supposed to be a budget deck and TBH, I prefer to avoid powerhouses like that as it kinda kills the game too fast. Fun games > fast game for me.
I've yet to tried out Burn at the Stake but if it wasn't that efficient then perhaps I'll sub back 4 Volcanic Geyser and maybe take out 2 other spells for it.
If your running budget and fun why not Doomed Traveler when it dies you get a spirit and more importantly its a 1 drop :P
i like this deck but it really needs at least 2x Hellrider .. i kno its budget but i would pick him up over Champion of the Parish any day if u have the cash. +1
Initially I want to put Doomed Traveler over Attended Knight too because the mana curve is better but the benefits of a Human token (more Humans means Kruin Striker can be bigger; Vigilante Justice would trigger too and Kessig Malcontents would fetch a higher damage) compared to Spirit token seems to be bigger in this deck so in the end I decided to go for Attended Knight instead. If there would be issues with mana curve after testing it physically a few times, yep Doomed Traveler would be an awesome replacement.
As for Hellrider , I'm abit kinda reluctant to put it inside when mass removals like Mutilate , Cower in Fear and Sever the Bloodline (and much more definitely) are floating around in Standard which make killing tokens so much more efficient. At least with Burn at the Stake and Battle Hymn +Volcanic Geyser , it's a more direct way of damage I'd say. Nevertheless, it would prolly be a good addition to the SB (so missed the Raid Bombardment days >.<).
Looking great but you need more lands. I would recommend running 22. I would also definitely recommend taking out two Intangible Virtue s. While they may be awesome, if you don't have any tokens, they aren't going to be doing much. By cutting them down to two, you reduce the chance of them being absolutely pointless while ensuring that they're going to be working well for you when you get them out.
I'd also suggest taking out Battle Hymn as you really don't need that extra mana. Considering you might use it when you have 3/4 guys out, that'll net you an extra 1 or two mana, and using that won't be that great if you don't have anything to ramp into. While it does work well with Volcanic Geyser , chances are you won't have the two at the same time when running two copies of Volcanic Geyser . Probably take out two Battle Hymn s.
Finally, you would definitely benefit from some one-drops. Pillar of Flame is especially good in the format we're in (Gravecrawler , card:Geralf's Messenger, Doomed Traveler , as was mentioned above. Obviously, Champion of the Parish is a great option if you can get them ;p
Hope this helped! +1
If you are planning on using Battle Hymn I'd suggest card:Devil's Play over Volcanic Geyser . You'll get 4 uses out of it and can throw the Battle Hymn down to get more damage out of the flashback. Won't cost you much extra either.
Personally, when it comes to burn spells that does X damage, I'd prefer those that could be let off at instant speed. card:Devil's Play definitely produce better results in a longer play compared to Volcanic Geyser , but then again, I would rather be able to pull out a 5 - 10 damage with Volcanic Geyser on a opponent's end step, attack with my vigilance tokens and then a nice Burn at the Stake (though it sounded too nice >.>) to finish it up =)
Even with the fetch lands you are running short a few lands. Why aren't you running any of the R/W Duel Lands from Innistrad Clifftop Retreat . Run 4 of those and cut back all fetches if not leaving maybe one and cutting out 1-2 basic lands depending on which you need more mana for. It looks like Red since Burn at the Stake requires the 3 red mana.
Anything that has red mana needs to try to run 1-4 Bonfire of the Damned .

You might want to try Burn at the Stake as an alternate face-melting win condition.
