Fun, not competitive. Built around Hero of Precinct One with enough white mana symbols to use Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx as a source for our mana sinks Stillmoon Cavalier , Figure of Destiny , and Rise of the Hobgoblins .

Could run a mono-white manabase but check lands let us use the second half of our split cards Response / Resurgence and Assure / Assemble for more flexibility and potential wincons. Could potentially run some other multicolored spells like Knight of Autumn to capitalize on the manabase. Having access to the Assemble half of Assure / Assemble and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx along with tokens generated from Hero of Precinct One and Rise of the Hobgoblins , Rhys the Redeemed also seemed like a good option.

Mirrorweave is a potential wincon with Wilt-Leaf Liege , Stillmoon Cavalier , or Nobilis of War and can make trades unfavorable for our opponents. The Resurgence half of Response / Resurgence can win the game a turn earlier than normal if our opponents can't deal with our board state.

The sideboard could use some work, Beckon Apparition and Grafdigger's Cage are intended for graveyard matchups, Damping Sphere for Tron and Storm, and Sundering Growth for Scales/Affinity or Hollow One .
