Tonight was rather strange. I got nothing but planeswalkers and lands for the first few turns. But I managed to get two emblems off, Elspeth, Sun's Champion, and Kiora, the Crashing Wave. I was able to do so because I cleared the board with an overloaded Cyclonic Rift at the right time. 11/11 flying Krakens were too much for my opponents to handle. At the end of the round I still had out Garruk Wildspeaker and Vraska the Unseen as well as Divinity of Pride and Ghastlord of Fugue. They never got a chance to recover from that Cyclonic Rift. Never saw a god this game, and I still won. Very surprising.

BadNewBears, The curve can be hit or miss. I normally don't have any problems, but even if I do, the deck starts exploding onto the field by turn 7 anyhow. I generally like to use this for multiplayer games, so it's not hasn't been a serious issue yet with people being able to do serious damage to me before I can do it right back. More often than not I can pull off a turn 5 Progenitus , people tend to leave you alone after that.

As for the Hammer and Spear, make some suggestions on what you think I should take out for them. I love flavor wheels, but I haven't found enough reason to complete this one. The Spear would probably be easier to convince me on than the Hammer. I have absolutely no use for the Hammer's activated ability.

Cool deck +1. I've always loved progenitus as a commander but could never make a deck around him. Your deck has helped me. Please visit my commander deck DETHRONE THE KING comment on it and +1 it.

Well, the Spear is mostly there as a deterrent for that early game aggro I mentioned. As long as I've got mana open (which, after a bit of testing, I almost always do), people don't want to attack when there's a big ole spear staring them down. Also, the banner effect and double white devotion are strong selling points for the "worth it" factor.

As for the Hammer, I don't blame you for not liking the second ability, but the haste factor is actually really, really nice in a slower deck like this. I mean, Progenitus with haste? All of the demigods swinging the turn they come down? Godhead single-handely turning your opponent's entire board state to mush while your legendary, indestructible armada smashes face?

As a side note, Heroes' Podium is a very solid card for this type of deck, since it digs for gods pretty easily. Also, the power scaling is insane once you get a single god active and swinging with the Podium buff, and it combos well with nearly every god (Heliod's vigilance, Nylea's trample, Thassa's unblockable, Phenax mill, Iroas' anti-block, and Xenagos' absurd double buff). I'd recommend giving it a look.

you're running a lot of indestructible things, aby thought to Novablast Wurm for shenanigans? board wipe on a stick, solid devotion, and if you happen to have some gods they don't die to it so all's well for them.

and I completely am behind seeing the hammer in here, the second ability is kind of off-putting but it makes use of lands later on and, as said above, giving your big creatures haste is awesome. nothing throws a wrench in someone's nonlethal attacks than not knowing what's coming at them next, especially in 5 colors where it could be literally any creature that exists.

lastly, did you think about the vivid lands at all? they color fix decently well. you should make sure to have at least one or two basic lands in here as well, not necessarily for untapped, but because Path to Exile is a thing that white decks will have, and it would be nice to at least get the land if it happens to you.

I currently have a similar deck built with all 15 gods just minus the demi-gods, focusing more on enchantments. The Zoo on Mt. Olympus

Avenger of Zendikar +Purphoros, God of the Forge is a great interaction to deal big time damage.

Eidolon of Blossoms works as a nice card draw engine along with Prophet of Kruphix to help accelerate the board state.

I would advise not to run that many temples, the deck tends to start off a bit slow. Also I found Cascade is a nice way to get out more permanents for free...Maelstrom Nexus

hope this helps!
