Fishy Bug (Merfolk Concept) (Standard MTG Deck)

Criticism is very much wanted, the idea came together from a friend of mine after a standard showdown. I feel that merfolk can definitely be built into a semi-competitive deck for standard if built correctly. This is based off of the shell of sultai energy, but with the energy part of it stripped. I've been trying to figure out whether or not I can fit Fatal Push into the deck however it puts a bit more strain on the mana base, and I don't particularly want to run Attune with Aether. River Sneak is very questionable however i wanted to increase the number of merfolk in the deck and I saw that it was the best of the rest.
