This deck is build around a core value engine (Proteus Staff + Deepglow Skate) and doubling season with planeswalkers. The Idea is to get out either fish combo and stack your deck or play a slower value plan with doubling season until you can hit one of your main finishers.

Jace, Architect of Thought + Wheel of Sun and Moon + Doubling Season = Cast Each Opponents Entire Deck (combo doesn't function with Oath of Gideon in play)

Tamiyo, Field Researcher + Tamiyo, the Moon Sage = Infinite Cast All Cards

Tezzeret the Seeker + Everflowing Chalice (on 4+) + The Chain Veil = Infinite Planeswalker Activations and at 5 on Chalice Infinite Colorless Mana.

If any of these combos fail getting multiple emblems out is usually enough to take total control of the game.
