"Let all feel joy in pain." - Rakdos

Play the small guys for some early bloodletting and making sure Wacky Rakky hits the board; cue lots of Eldrazi and big bad demons benefiting from the cost reduction. A few cards in there to enable hastiness, some decent draw to avoid running out of steam, and a small package to enable hastiness.

Budget as always. Considering what's in the maybeboard; looking for suggestions on whether things should be cut for them, and which if so.
