First magic deck, Angel control, please help

This will be my first deck that i am buying specific cards from online and not from boosters and magic the gathering products. I love the idea of stalling the game until your opponent fizzles out and you can bring out our big creates to secure the win. This deck is only for playing with friends and is not for any specific format as I cant afford to keep changing it so it is "up to date", I want a solid deck that I can use against friends and for that purpose only. I have not purchased any of the cards yet.

I don't want this deck to be filled with non-creature cards as I love to bring out big monsters but I definitely want enough that I can stop my opponent and protect my creatures.

edit: i just did a few practice hands and I find that I struggle to get anything down in the first 4 turns as I don't have enough low cost cards to play, not sure what I should change. I also realise that the angels that revive creatures from the grave are probably not the best picks for this deck and would be much more suited for a milling deck, any substitute angels that could fill their place??
