I would sideboard enchantment/artifact hate, as Rest in Peace and card:Grafdigger's Cage will still hurt you considerably.

You know that Ground Seal doesn't help against graveyard hate like Rest in Peace , Ash Zealot , card:Grafdigger's Cage, and card:Tormod's Crypt?

The Ash Zealot s don't have to be the problem for you with your removal, and the rest is either an artifact or an enchantment. I would recommend Naturalize or something in your sideboard.

Oh yeah, it's a global effect, isn't it? I'll do just that, 4x Naturalize to the sideboard :).

What do I do with the green then?

Just put in 2x Elixir of Immortality to protect from graveyard hate. Thoughts?

Guttersnipe is basically Burning Vengeance 's creature counterpart. Could be good while building up to Stuffy.

Not sure what I would take out. Besides, I feel like it would be more of a target if not an easier target then Burning Vengeance .

Thanks for the comments!

Yes, that's true. Though Blasphemous Act is two points better with Guttersnipe around. You guys are right, though. Too much general board damage to have a creature for these things.

Just an idea... may not work well at all... If wan't to add creatures, but you're worried about your creatures dying to the various board wipes... perhaps more indestructible.

... Unfortunately, as of Friday, there are a lot less options available for that. Manor Gargoyle , or Creepy Doll are about it. Both may be fun to play, but probably don't fit the deck theme like a Stuffy Doll does.

There is however, the option for Archwing Dragon and card:Angel's Tomb, which could be an interesting combo to ensure you have creatures after a wipe..... Board clear, dealing damage to stuffy. - Drop a dragon, swing with a dragon and an angel... then tap stuffy for the insult to injury poke.

Very nice. Stuffy Doll is a fun little card. I made a version of this as well, Death for All!!. Take a look if you want.

+1'd

Thunderous Wrath . If you can't cast it for its miracle cost, discard it using Mercurial Chemister +1!

Not sure it keeps with the strategy of Stuffy Doll . Might remove card:Firemind's Foresight for it.

Thanks for the +1!

I've found that cards like Tragic Slip , and Mutilate devastate this deck, as Tragic Slip doesn't even need to be Morbid to kill your doll. Consider adding Buried Ruin to bring your dolls back and many more counterspells. You're running blue red, so Izzet Charm is a must(it's really looking like the best charm so far), also some Negate s would do you well in here. card:Firemind's Foresight and Geistflame are really just bad looking cards, despite Geistflame 's synergy with Burning Vengeance and card:Firemind's Foresight's synergy with Mercurial Chemister . The Nivix Guildmage s seem weak as well. A Redirect , Reverberate or Increasing Vengeance would fit better in here.

Vandalblast would be better than Naturalize in the sideboard as without Stomping Ground and the Breeding Pool , you're not going to be able to cast it efficiently.

If you have the cash, add two Bonfire of the Damned , because they are broken. A Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and a Chandra, the Firebrand would really help out in here as support cards. More Thought Scour s, more burn, and at least two different counterspells would really help this deck perform at it's potential.

I personally dislike the Mercurial Chemister s, as they come in a very weak body for 5 CMC and you'd probably much rather be playing your Stuffy Doll that turn anyway.

If you remove more creatures, consider moving some of the Blasphemous Act s to the sideboard for use against creature heavy/token decks.

Sorry for the gigantic text block, but I like the deck, especially the use of Into the Maw of Hell (which would be a game ender with Chandra, the Firebrand 's second skill) and I love Stuffy Doll . I hope I helped out a bit!

Oh. And naturalize is green. Might want to splash green for some stuff. Green has some pretty expensive mana costs you could look at.

Ok, after your comments this is what I'll do: -2 Geistflame +2 Negate -2 Nivix Guildmage +2 Increasing Vengeance -4 Naturalize on the sideboard +4 Vandalblast .

Keeping Blasphemous Act because it works way to good with Stuffy Doll . Wipes my opponents board AND deals 13 damage?

I like Mercurial Chemister because it's an interesting twist on a Stuffy Doll deck. Just like the synergy :).

As for the rest, I'll think about it :P. +1 anyone?

New changes: -2 Thought Scour -1 card:Firemind's Foresight +3 Flames of the Firebrand . That card has won me many a game against aggro decks.

Not enough land. Your deck seems to constantly stall out at 4, and the most important mana note of your deck is 5! I'd consider increasing the land to 26, and dropping Firemind's Foresight and a single Burning Vengence. You just need more land.

Or add Izzet Keyrune .

October 2, 2012 8:32 p.m.

From a glance, I agree with JMullen - 3x Burning Vengence seems like plenty. Haven't playtested yet though, so I'll see if I agree with the lack of mana later :P

Don't have time to playtest now, but I will sometime soon!

Lack of mana?! Lack of mana?? Wow, never happened to me. Maybe just unlucky? I have never had trouble with the land base.

I might go -1 Burning Vengeance ;).

Seems like this deck wouldn't start poppin off until about turn 4 or 5... I would say subtract some of those higher cost mana cards to get your curve down..
