Taking a crack at a casual Kumena Merfolk EDH. The primary theme is benefiting off of unblockable/islandwalking Merfolk, often in the form of Coastal Piracy effects. There's a relatively low curve of creatures, since I want to be able to maximize the value I get from Kumena's various abilities, Piracy effects, and tribal lords.
