Filibuster: an action such as a prolonged speech that obstructs progress in a legislative assembly while not technically contravening the required procedures.

With Bruvac the Grandiloquent at the head of a host of advisors, this deck aims to slow down the game just enough to get your own legislation pushed through; namely, your opponent's decks into their graveyards. Based around a lot of enchantments, the goal is to get your setup going with cards like Psychic Corrosion and Drowned Secrets, you can start dropping advisors willy-nilly. If Intruder Alarm is on the field, you can untap your advisors each time you drop a new one, milling your opponents for increasingly obscene amounts.

It is possible to one-shot opponents with this deck. If Bruvac is out, Fleet Swallower and Traumatize act as single player removal while a kicked Maddening Cacophony is an auto-win unless someone can win before they draw their next card.

My pod does not look favorably upon combos, so I tried to keep this one pretty straight forward without Grindstone and Painter's Servant. Additionally, if you want to add a way to continuously have a counterspell up, you can add Deprive and bounce back Mystic Sanctuary so you can recur your counterspell every turn.
