A Deck Dedicated to Winning by Filibuster

Proliferate came back in a big way with War of the Spark which prompted this reworking. Proliferate's resurgence was no doubt intended to boost the loyalty of uncommon planeswalkers but instead we're going to use it to fuel everyone's least favourite alt win-con.

Benthic Biomancer is a great card for making this deck more aggressive, gaining +1/+1 counters from our proliferate cards and helping to look through our deck for the Elocutors at the same time.

Gemstone Mine also combines well with proliferate, keeping us fed with many shiny Mining counters to satisfy our mana requirements.

Unfortunately few other cards I've been able to find synergize with Proliferate in such satisfying ways or combo well with our other elocutors staples like Paradox Haze and Clockspinning.
