Sideboard

Maybeboard

First rule of Fight Shrub: Don't move.

This is by far a theme deck of plants and plant accessories. Wins by having a garden of plants everywhere, or so the plan is. Who's going to mess with the person with a bunch of flora on their side of the board; I'm sure they'll be taking care of the more exciting decks with faster moving fauna while I have time to blossom and overrun everything.

The sideboard contains the other Maro sorcerers as alternate commanders. They work together often in lore to protect the forests they spawn from, and this deck is all about flavor, so I have them all there.

If you have some ideas, make sure the flavor and/or art is plant based.

After playing a few 4 player games online (which is what I mostly play offline) I realized that mass trample would have won me the couple of games I just barely lost with massive commander damage. So I'm breaking theme a little and adding some of the very, very few non-targeting trample cards. I'll play with it with the changes and see how it goes, but I think with everything having trample I can win in one massive strike.
