This is my take on a mono-white soul sisters deck (paper pauper). I wanted the life-gain power with creatures that keep coming back. I like the direction I'm going, and I'm heavily considering throwing in
Triplicate Spirits
instead of
Battle Screech
. Not sure what to exchange, but I will figure that out after playtesting.
Classic life-gain from the soul sisters with creatures who return to the battlefield. More coming after playtests :)
Though not very competitive, I do think this has potential for my opponents to say "hey, that's a nice build!"
Sideboard (OUT OF DATE)
I haven't run through actual play testing, but these are my theories so far. I believe the deck runs just fine against burn, but tokens seem to be the big weakness.
Stompy/Aggro: 2 Kami <--> 2 Hunted Witness
Bogles/Hexproof: 2 Disenchant & 1 Celestial Flare <--> 3 Hunted Witness
RDW: 2 Prismatic Strands & 2 Parapet <--> 3 Hunted Witness & 1 Sunlance (MAYBE, it does well against burn)
Combos or Artifacts: 3 O-ring <--> 3 Hunted Witness
Tokens/Weenies: 2 Prismatic & 2 Parapet <--> 2 Sunlance & 2 Celestial Flare
Oblivion Ring is the cheaper ($$) version of
Journey to Nowhere
. Journey is better in most cases, and once I get the money to add those in, I will.
