Sideboard

Maybeboard

This is my take on a mono-white soul sisters deck (paper pauper). I wanted the life-gain power with creatures that keep coming back. I like the direction I'm going, and I'm heavily considering throwing in Triplicate Spirits instead of Battle Screech . Not sure what to exchange, but I will figure that out after playtesting.

Classic life-gain from the soul sisters with creatures who return to the battlefield. More coming after playtests :)

Though not very competitive, I do think this has potential for my opponents to say "hey, that's a nice build!"

Sideboard (OUT OF DATE)

I haven't run through actual play testing, but these are my theories so far. I believe the deck runs just fine against burn, but tokens seem to be the big weakness.

Stompy/Aggro: 2 Kami <--> 2 Hunted Witness

Bogles/Hexproof: 2 Disenchant & 1 Celestial Flare <--> 3 Hunted Witness

RDW: 2 Prismatic Strands & 2 Parapet <--> 3 Hunted Witness & 1 Sunlance (MAYBE, it does well against burn)

Combos or Artifacts: 3 O-ring <--> 3 Hunted Witness

Tokens/Weenies: 2 Prismatic & 2 Parapet <--> 2 Sunlance & 2 Celestial Flare

Oblivion Ring is the cheaper ($$) version of Journey to Nowhere . Journey is better in most cases, and once I get the money to add those in, I will.

I'm trying a different style with this, because though I can gain life, I'm not doing much else. My plan is to take out the kor skyfishers, test of faith, and hyena umbra. The skyfishers aren't helpful outside of loyal cathar, so it doesn't offer too much in the deck as a whole. The other two are targeted at one creature, which would only be the sisters as any other creature is virtually expendable. I'm adding Suture Priest (the final sister!), battle screech, and guardians' pledge to replace the above cards. We'll see how it does!
