This deck focuses on utilizing the first ability of Firesong and Sunspeaker : Red instant and sorcery spells you control have lifelink.

The main idea is to play a lot of symmetrical damage-based spells like Rolling Earthquake , Earthquake , Molten Disaster , Acidic Soil and the like, that get asymmetrical with Firesong and Sunspeaker on the battlefield, because with this combo you're gaining more life than you're losing.

What sets this deck apart from other Firesong and Sunspeaker builds are the cards that grant your opponents free creatures like Akroan Horse , Forbidden Orchard , Genesis Chamber or Alliance of Arms to gain even more life through your mass damage spells (especially nice with Blasphemous Act , Star of Extinction and Repercussion ).

A subtheme are creatures that let you shoot the amount of damage they were dealt to your opponents: Spitemare , Mogg Fanatic , Stuffy Doll , Boros Reckoner , Coalhauler Swine .

The deck aims to win through the damage-based boardwipes, the damage-shooting creatures or with Aetherflux Reservoir .

Because the deck has the ability for combo finishes, I included some explosive mana acceleration to catch opponents by surprise: Mana Geyser , Treasonous Ogre .
