Constant life gain from Arborback Stomper, Thragtusk, Obstinate Baloth and Feed the Clan/Shamanic Revelation you should be in the game long enough for Wurmcoil Engine's lifelink.

A little deathtouch from Wurmcoil Engine, Heir of the Wilds and Rhonas the indomitable adds potency.

Dosan the falling leaf and Prowling Serpopard will prevent your life gaining creatures from being countered before hitting the battlefield.
