The game plan is get the staff as soon as possible and activate on the homunculus, putting him back to play (the deck has no creatures). The staff effect let you re-order the library to find the combo pieces (dramatic reversal + isochron scepter) and some mana rocks to inffinite mana, inffinite staff activations on the Lost Homunculus to draw the entire deck and win the game with Jace, Laboratory Maniac.
