Also, btw, in the same way that Feather's controller gets to choose which replacement effect resolves first (e.g. replacement1 - goes to exile due to flashback, vs replacement 2 - goes to exile then back to hand due to Feather), this also works exactly the same for rebound and jump-start cards! This ability pretty much nullifies the rebound effect ~ so it won't actually rebound, but exactly like flashback, Feather can jump-start cards like Maximize Velocity and sand them to exile and take them back into the hand after they resolve! Essentially meaning that every card with Jump-Start and every card with Flashback are like having extra cards in hand via graveyard recursion IN BOROS!
