As per suggestions from ChibiNature:

Took out the following: Basalt Monolith Zealous Conscripts High Market Thran Dynamo

Added the following: Thalia's Lancers Aven Mindcensor Intimidation Bolt Coalition Relic

I have no idea why adding Aven Mindcensor dropped my competitive level to 87%. Possibly have to do with the mana curve.

My playgroup has Zur and Atraxa and Geist of that stupid ghost. I'm thinking of putting Intimidation Bolt into the deck.

Mkay, so from what I can tell I think you might have a bit too much mana on the board. You might be able to afford swapping out a mana rock or two for a stax piece against your meta. You said that Zur the Enchanter is a really popular pick so I'd highly recommend Aven Mindcensor for a start. Also I see you are running Basalt Monolith but not its combo piece Rings of Brighthearth ? I wouldn't ever want to run Basalt Monolith without it. Also Rings of Brighthearth works with Sunforger 's active ability so if you want the combo that try it out. I can try and explain the combo as best I can.

You announce the activation of the Monolith's untap ability, tapping the Monolith itself to pay for that ability. That ability goes on the stack and triggers the Rings of Brighthearth. When the Rings trigger resolves, you may pay 2 (from some other source) and copy the untap ability. After the first untap ability resolves, you tap Monolith for 3, then the second untap ability resolves. You now have 3 and an untapped Monolith. Repeat ad nauseum. This should net you infinite mana :D

Also I see you run Pyroblast but not Red Elemental Blast ?

Other than those points, I'd suggest looking at what combos/cards have you been actually pulling off in your meta. Have you been getting actual value out of Past in Flames ? Perhaps Smothering Tithe hasn't been netting you enough mana to make it worth it? Try and find cards that are good, but produce value outside of Feather, the Redeemed 's main gameplan as the first cards to replace for stax effects. Aura of Silence is another card I didn't mention before that a Zur the Enchanter deck can just fold to if not prepared. I run it in my list and it has been fairly successful.

ChibiNature I pulled Red Elemental Blast to put in Return to Dust against Zur's enchantments and send my Sunforger into a prison (See Oblivion Ring ). I kept Pyroblast for the Atraxa, Praetors' Voice deck because fuck blue.

I kept Basalt Monolith because I'm not baller like you and have Grim Monolith and Mox Diamond . But the number of times that Basalt Monolith helped is quite high. Basically I have Basalt Monolith and two other mana rocks that give colored mana and i'm ready to tutor for Paradox Engine and Aetherflux Reservoir . Going infinite with colorless mana is almost unhelpful in this Feather deck.

I understand about pulling out Past in Flames and Smothering Tithe in favor of Aven Mindcensor and Aura of Silence .

How would you feel about Intimidation Bolt in this deck?

VaalVanir Intimidation Bolt is a decent inclusion. I dont run it but I see a lot of other lists run it. You need to be careful with it tho, even if Feather, the Redeemed has 4 toughness. But having a recurring fog effect every turn is nice against the large number of mono green Craterhoof Behemoth combo decks out there as well.

Also do not underestimate infinite colorless mana. You can win the game off of a single cast of Aurelia's Fury , but honestly I wouldn't consider it if it didn't also let you tutor 2 cards with a single activation of Sunforger
