Like all good politicians, the more constituents Karlov of the Ghost Council has the fatter he gets. This deck is all about using creatures for life-gain triggers, piling on +1/+1 counters, and smashing face with your commander.

Karlov grows really fast and eats a lot of removal. Some better protection options might be necessary. Played a few games and bored fairly quickly. Very powerful but linear in execution; retired.
