Delver and arclight belong together. They are both super good threats that come in and attack for 3.

They also fit the same spells archetype, even when one may be more in favor of running cryptic sand such. This list is so fast and uses some hyper value cards. Electro dominance does not need to be comboed with cards like restore balance or living end to be good, those decks are arguably better just with cascade.

Electrodominance should be used a piece of a combo, pings for 1 and then also casts a free card. Super high value in most games. Plus it can also just be bane fire sort of.
