Mechanics

How to get Renown

• Early Renown: Dromoka's Command and Center Soul
• Mid Renown: Awaken the Bear and Kytheon's Irregulars
• Late Renown: Rogue's Passage

Plays to support Renown

1. Cast lots of Creatures. There are quite a few Creatures that are 2 CMC, so that the field can be replenished if the Opponent casts Languish.

2. Hit with lots of them at once to get Renown and damage happening.

3. Nyx-Fleece Ram gives some life gain to STALL while deck is building.

4. Dromoka's Command is to be used primarily to add counters and fight Opponent Creatures.

5. Awaken the Bear gets damage through, also assisting with Renown.

6. Kytheon's Irregulars can shut down Opponent threats by tapping them before they can attack. Tapping at the start of the Opponent's turn is ideal, but Dash creatures can also be tapped.

• Undercity Troll for Nyx-Fleece Ram
• Quarantine Field for Banishing Light
• Citadel Siege for Celestial Flare

I have since changed them back for this build.
