This is an attempt at a more budget version of dredge. It is notably missing Narcomeba, thanks to the new addition of Silversmote Ghoul from M21. To make this deck more budget friendly than its modfern counter part, the only significant concession is in the mana base. This deck focuses more on the ability to discard than self mill as a result of the absence of dredge, but this also allows the deck to play big threats like Rotting Regisaur , recur bigger threats like Ghoulsteed , and burn the opponent out with BOTH Creeping Chill and Alms of the Vein , which additionally return the new card Silversmote Ghoul to attack or to sacrifice for more cards.
