Mostly-blue artifact deck tempo deck. There are about a billion of these floating around (see what I did there?) lately. I came up with this right after M15 was announced since the synergy between Quickling , Illusory Angel , Ornithopter, Ensoul Artifact, and Military Intelligence immediately demanded a deck built around them.

Unfortunately, Khans added almost nothing to the mix. Icefeather Aven is a nice body in the air, and provides some nice tempo with the morphing-man o'war ability. This pairs nicely with Quickling to activate it multiple times.
